3. AI-Powered Features & User Conversations

• Pozi uses artificial intelligence (powered by Google Gemini) to generate personalized responses in the chat companion and daily motivational messages.
• When you use the chat feature or submit daily journal entries, your messages and relevant context (such as recent themes and goals) may be sent to Google's Gemini API to generate a response. Google processes this data according to its own privacy policy.
• We store summaries of key themes from your conversations to personalize future interactions. You can delete all your data at any time.
• Pozi does not use this information to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Pozi is not a substitute for professional mental health care.
• User conversations are used solely to provide and personalize the Service.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We may share information:

• If required by law or legal process
• To protect the rights, safety, or property of Pozi or others

We use the following third-party services to operate Pozi:

• Supabase — Secure database hosting and user authentication
• Google Gemini — AI language model that processes your chat messages and journal entries to generate personalized responses
• OneSignal — Push notification delivery for daily check-in reminders and motivational messages
• RevenueCat — Subscription and in-app purchase management

Each service provider processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies and is contractually limited to using your data only as needed to provide their service to us.

We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide the Service

• Resolve disputes
