Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Pozi, a product of aixco LLC ("Pozi," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Pozi mobile application, website, or services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Not Medical or Mental Health Care

Pozi is not a medical, psychological, psychiatric, or healthcare service.

Pozi does not provide medical advice, mental health treatment, diagnosis, therapy, counseling, or crisis intervention. Any content, conversations, messages, insights, or responses generated by Pozi are provided for general wellness, educational, and self-improvement purposes only.

Pozi is not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always seek the advice of a qualified physician, therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, or other licensed healthcare provider regarding any mental health or medical condition.

2. No Emergency or Crisis Support

Pozi is not designed for emergency use and does not provide crisis support.

If you are experiencing:

  • Suicidal thoughts
  • Self-harm urges
  • Thoughts of harming others
  • Severe emotional distress
  • Any mental health emergency

Do not use Pozi.

Instead, immediately contact:

  • 911 (or your local emergency number)
  • 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (U.S.)
  • Your local emergency services or mental health professional

You acknowledge that Pozi has no ability to monitor, intervene, or respond to emergencies in real time.

3. User Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for your mental, emotional, and physical well-being
  • Your use of Pozi is voluntary
  • You assume full responsibility for decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from your use of the Service

Pozi does not control, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any content generated through the Service.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Pozi uses artificial intelligence to generate responses.

AI-generated content:

  • May be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate
  • Is not tailored medical or psychological advice
  • Should not be relied upon as factual, clinical, or professional guidance

You agree not to rely on Pozi for decisions involving health, safety, legal matters, or life-altering choices.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Pozi, its founders, owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

  • Emotional distress
  • Mental anguish
  • Personal injury
  • Loss of data
  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of goodwill

Arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

If liability is found, Pozi's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Pozi in the preceding 12 months, or $100 USD, whichever is less.

6. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that discussions related to emotions, thoughts, anxiety, stress, or personal challenges involve inherent risks.

By using Pozi, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with such discussions.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pozi and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your reliance on any content generated by Pozi

8. No Guarantees

Pozi makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Emotional improvement
  • Mental health outcomes
  • Anxiety reduction
  • Confidence gains
  • Accuracy of responses

Individual results will vary.

9. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

Pozi offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans, each with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers:

  • Weekly — 3-day free trial, then $4.99 per week
  • Monthly — 3-day free trial, then $9.99 per month
  • Yearly — 3-day free trial, then $49.99 per year

All subscriptions provide full access to Pozi Pro features, including unlimited Pozi Chat, AI thought reframing, personalized daily prompts, goal reminders, tone customization, points and rewards, progress tracking, and streak rewards.

By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Each subscription plan includes a 3-day free trial for first-time subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Prices are in USD and may vary by region. Prices are subject to change, and any changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change.

10. Refund & Dispute Policy

All purchases and subscription payments are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, no refunds or credits will be issued, including for partial subscription periods.

If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to Pozi Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds will be provided for unused time.

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at support@getpozi.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request.

11. Promotional Offers

From time to time, Pozi may offer promotional pricing, including introductory discounts and partner promo codes. The following terms apply to all promotions:

  • 50% Off First Period Promotion: New web subscribers may receive 50% off their first billing period (e.g., $4.99 for the first month instead of $9.99). After the promotional period, the subscription automatically renews at the standard price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the promotional period.
  • Partner Promo Codes: Certain partner promo codes may provide a free trial period (typically 14 days) in addition to the introductory discount. After the trial and promotional period, the subscription renews at the standard price.
  • Promotional offers are limited to one per customer and cannot be combined with other offers.
  • Pozi reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Promotional pricing applies only to the first billing period. All subsequent renewals are at the standard subscription rate.

12. Age Requirement

Pozi is intended for users 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including misuse or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
